The community of Woodlands, Manitoba is located approximately 30 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg on Provincial Trunk Highway #6. With a population of approximately 250 people, this small community provides residents with a safe, friendly location to raise a family. Seniors can also consider a suite in Oak Park Lodge or Oak Park Estates and enjoy a variety of activity programs and a meal program.
Residential and commercial lots are available for development and serviced with sewer infrastructure installed in 1996. The Municipality is currently reviewing the extension of water service into the community.
Woodlands Elementary School welcomes children from Kindergarten to Grade Eight. High school students are transferred to Warren Collegiate Institute in Warren, 10 kilometres south on Highway #6.

Woodlands Recreation Centre is the hub of activity throughout the year and includes baseball, outdoor skating facilities, and many special events for all ages.
