The Warren Hall is great for any event you would like to host - the capacity for the hall is 236 patrons and the building is approximately 4,000 square feet.

Common Asked Questions:

1. Am I allowed to have helium balloons at my event in the hall?

      - No! But you are allowed to have any other balloons. We just don't appreciate when your helium balloons get let go of and float up to the ceiling to be wrapped around the ceiling fans. 👎

2. Am I allowed to have a bouncy castle inside the hall at my event?

     - Yes, of course you are! We do recommend that you maybe get some renters insurance for your event incase someone may get hurt on your watch.

3. Should I notify the RM if my event gets cancelled due to weather or another reason?

    - We would really appreciate it if you did :) That way we won't double charge you when you want to reschedule your event and we can keep better track of what is occurring at the hall.

4. What methods of payment does the RM take?

     - We take lots of different options - we take e-transfer, debit, cash, or cheque! (E-transfer email is info@rmwoodlands.ca. Security password is 'woodlands')
